Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Expert

For over 25 years, I have leveraged my extensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition to help my clients live an active and healthy lifestyle. 

 

Whether you want to lose or maintain weight, recover from an injury, strengthen or stretch your muscles, improve balance and agility, strengthen your core, or learn how to prepare delicious meals, my goal is to guide you toward creating a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that allows you to become the best version of YOU - safely and effectively.

I have a B.S. in Exercise Science from Hofstra University. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Balanced Body Pilates Reformer certified, and a Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach. Over my career, I have worked at several top fitness facilities across Long Island, including four years as a Fitness Professional at Lifetime Athletic.
